Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Downloads

  • Instant Access: All crochet patterns and digital files are delivered immediately upon successful payment.

  • Double Check Your Email: Please double-check that you have provided your preferred email address at checkout. If you usually use Gmail but accidentally enter your Yahoo Mail, your download link will be sent to the Yahoo Mail inbox instead.

2. Processing Times (Handmade-to-Order)

  • Crafting Your Order: Because our physical products—such as baskets, trays, and coasters—are hand-crocheted specifically for you, they require time to create.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be meticulously crafted and boxed up before it is handed over to the carrier.

  • Business Days: Please note that "business days" refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship exclusively within the United States using USPS.

  • Ship Date vs. Arrival Date: While we can promise the date your order will be handed to USPS (the "Ship By" date), we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

  • Estimates Only: Any delivery dates shown at checkout are automated estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Time-Sensitive Orders: If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us at myalpacastudio@outlook.com before ordering and consider upgrading your shipping service at checkout for faster transit.

4. Order Tracking & Accuracy

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created.

  • Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address and email are correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

  • Issues: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out with your order number and a photo of the condition so we can evaluate the issue.

  • Undeliverable Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an "undeliverable address," "insufficient address," or "no such number," the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to a corrected address.

  • Refused Packages: If a delivery is refused by the recipient and returned to us, it will be treated as a forced return. As our products are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds for refused or unclaimed packages.

  • Original Shipping Costs: In the rare event that a discretionary refund is issued for a returned-to-sender package, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as this service was already purchased from and performed by USPS.

  • Re-shipping Procedure: We will contact you via email if your package is returned to us. If we do not receive a response or payment for re-shipping within 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund or reshipping will be proceed.
