Refund policy

At My Alpaca Studio, all sales are final. Our physical products are hand-crocheted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Digital PDF patterns are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 

Every item is inspected and photographed before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare event of transit damage, you must contact us at myalpacastudio@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, we require:

  1. High-resolution photos of the unopened/damaged outer packaging.

  2. Photos of the damaged item itself.

Claims made after the 48-hour window or without original packaging photos will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We do not accept claims for "accidental damage" caused by the customer (e.g., cutting the product while opening the box).
